Exchange and Return Policy
Return period:
- Returns must be made within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order.
- Shipping and cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Google Card classification cannot be refunded after the order status changes to pending.
- Handmade classification cannot be returned after the order status changes to pending.
For classification:
Google Map NFC and Acrylic Evaluation Cards
- Refunds will be issued if your order differs from what is specified in the store.
- In the event of a cancellation request before the order is executed and the shipping policy is issued, the amount will be refunded to the customer within 5 working days.
- If the order arrives and the product is not received and the order is returned to us by the shipping company, the amount will not be refunded or reshipped to the customer.
Once again, due to the possibility of product damage and to protect the customer, no new order will be shipped or delivered to the customer unless these fees are paid again.
- The customer is not entitled to request a return or exchange of a product if it was manufactured to a special order or to specific specifications requested by the customer, after the design or manufacturing process has begun or after receiving the product. This excludes cases where the product is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- The customer is not entitled to request a return or replacement of the product if the defect resulted from misuse or mispossession by the customer.
- We guarantee our products for one year in the event of a manufacturing defect. In this case, we will ship a replacement product of the same type and with the same specifications at no additional cost to the customer.
- If the mobile number and delivery address entered by the customer are incorrect, the store will not be responsible for any lost shipment or refund.
- In the event that the order is received damaged or non-compliant, please contact us within a maximum period of 3 days to refund the product price and take appropriate measures for the damaged product only.
- NFC cards, Google Rating and Acrylic, are non-refundable after printing the customer's logo on the product after the order status changes to "in progress."
- If you attach an incorrect link to Google Play Store evaluation, this error will not be tolerated.

- There is no return, only immediate replacement if there is a defect in the product.
- Due to digital products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
